- How to describe the handling process with the Mercedes ServiceCard in the workshop
- That service contract cases are handled and documented just as carefully as day-to-day customer business
- The different service contract products
- Which repairs to the customer’s vehicle can be processed via service contracts
- How to assign the validity of the truck mobility product “Mercedes-Benz OnRoadService” (MBOS)
- How to define the background and advantages of “MBOS”
- How to implement the application procedures and processes of “MBOS”
