Resilience is our ability to adapt and bounce back when things don’t go as planned. Resilient people don’t wallow or dwell on failures; they acknowledge the situation, learn from their mistakes, and then move forward.
This half day, interactive virtual workshop has been developed to help you understand you can develop your personal psychological and emotional resilience to not just cope but be better equipped to manage day to day pressures and thrive in times of challenge, both in your personal and work lives.
The workshop includes:
- Self-Awareness – recognising how our behaviours can change at times of low resilience and the impact this can have on ourselves and those around us.
- Stress Management and Coping Strategies – practical techniques to identify and manage stress triggers.
- Developing a positive approach to challenges and overcoming setbacks
- Practical tools and techniques to try to find what helps you maintain a healthy outlook.
- An optional one to one, virtual coaching session (additional charge)
This workshop is suitable for all
