Diagnostic Technician Final Assessment

Theory test based on the candidates knowledge of Powertrain, Chassis, Comfort and Telematics systems on the current vehicle range. Recommendations are to study CBT’s / e-learning / AKUBIS and review and familiarise with Function Descriptions in WISnet on the overall vehicle specific to the brand. Please not there will be no access to WISnet during this theory assessment test. Practical skills testing using a customer related issue. The candidate must demonstrate the use of the diagnosis strategy model to process the fault. They must be able to communicate and document clearly the finding of the cause of the vehicle defect in a professional manner. Course content: According to the examination regulations: 1x 75 minutes theory test, 2x 75 minutes practical assessment, 15 minutes situation-based technical discussion.
