eMobility – Part 4: eTruck Technology

In this training you will get basic information about the technology of eTrucks.

The programme consists of three chapters:

• Structure and components
• Tasks and functions
• Safety and driver information

After successful completion of this course the participant:

• Can name the components of the ePowertrain as well as the electrical auxiliary units of the eTrucks at a glance
• Can describe the requirements for charging the high-voltage batteries
• Can describe the operation and use of the ePowertrain for driving
• Can explain the recuperation levels and the advantage for the range of the vehicle through energy recovery
• Can describe the special safety devices of the eTrucks
• Can explain the main display elements of the Multimedia Cockpit
