This training shows you the products and services developed for the construction of a climate-neutral vehicle fleet from Mercedes-Benz Trucks.
It comprises three chapters:
- ePowertrain and vehicles
- Vehicle testing and application practice
- Customer consulting and digital Services
After successful completion of this course the participant:
- Can describe the basic decisions on the electrification of the powertrain and the measures already implemented as well as the planned measures for the market launch of electrically driven Mercedes-Benz trucks
- Can describe the structure of the ePowertrain, the objectives and the advantages of the global ePowertrain platform
- Can describe the properties of the two drive concepts and weigh them against each other and present their respective authorization
- Can describe the innovation fleet of Mercedes-Benz Trucks and the customer experiences as well as the knowledge and competencies gained with their vehicles in everyday business
- Can describe the use of an eTruck from the driver’s perspective and from the point of view of a customer organization
- Can assess the customer’s increased need for information regarding electromobility and can describe it as a separate ecosystem
- Knows that the customers have an individually different need and can specify how to determine them in order to offer suitable solutions
- Can describe the relatively large amount of time required for the introduction and use of electric mobility at the customer’s location and knows that he/she has to specifically prepare for this
- Can describe the eTruck Ready app with its advantages and provide further information sources for electromobility at Mercedes-Benz Trucks
- Can describe the scope of systematic customer consultancy
