In this training course, Service Advisors can deepen their product knowledge of the Actros, Arocs and Atego. The learner can:
- integrate the learning contents taught into his/her day-to-day work
- describe the different HMI variants and their functions
- familiarise himself/herself with the MirrorCam system and know the special features in service
- name the new features of the OM471 engine
- query current service measures
- explain the Mercedes-Benz App Portal to the customer
