This course is a specialist training course providing skills for managing conflict. Delegates will build a tool kit of practical skills that they will be able to use immediately. The workshop will cover two key topic areas: understanding conflict and why it occurs as well as how to react to the situation as it presents itself. The second is how to communicate effectively in order to resolve conflict.
