Product Technology Maintenance and Service

The aim of this course is to provide an introduction (for technicians new to the Mercedes-Benz brand) to the systems and products they will be using. By the end of this module the participant will: have a general knowledge of the history of Mercedes-Benz trucks, identify models in the current Mercedes-Benz truck range, have an appreciation of the importance of quality servicing, be able to access service data and information, have obtained a good understanding of Mercedes-Benz service procedures, will be able to carry out service procedures in a safe manner to manufacturer specification.
