The participant:
- exploits all possibilities of the escalation process in a targeted manner and thus ensures the fastest possible vehicle availability for the customer
- identifies ways to efficiently ensure parts availability, and to organize stockpiling and inventory economically
- is aware of his/her joint responsibility towards the manufacturer, dealership and customer in the context of parts supply
- recognizes the effects of his/her ordering behavior on logistics processes and aligns his/her activities accordingly
