This training is for S24h / Road Side Assistance Technicians in order to get to know the technical part of the job profile.

The learner:

• can locate technical breakdowns on the vehicle
• makes decisions as to whether the repair can be carried out on site or in the service operation
• performs on-site repairs within the framework of technical feasibility
• ensures the quality of the Service24h service independently through professional work and commitment
