Mentoring Skills

To develop experienced members of the MB Trucks Network who would like to acquire the skills to become a mentor, irrespective of whether they may wish to progress into a leadership role. Selected individuals may be responsible for mentoring new starters and less experienced members of the team including FASTTrack Sales Consultants and Technical Apprentices. The course will explore what the role of a Mentor looks like, qualities needed to be an effective Mentor, and will identify where individuals are currently to support their development throughout the programme.
