The learner is in Module 1 of 3 of eMobility – The new eActros 600. In the whole training chain the learner will deepen their knowledge about products, services and argumentation, follow the sales process, will structure the customer database and test their knowledge with several quizzes.

The learner:

• can describe the eActros 600 Integrated Solutions
• can follow the customer journey & sales process for eTrucks
• can argue the customer benefits of eActros 600
• can explain the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) calculation
• is “emotionally” prepared for start of sales
